1. Eligibility for Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations and refunds will be considered only under specific circumstances. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours (same day) of the transaction.
Refunds may be granted solely in the following cases:
Verified Technical Failures:
- Wallet or payment was debited, but you were unable to access the AI chat or generate a report due to a verifiable server-side or platform error.
- AI-generated reports were not delivered due to internal technical issues.
Duplicate Payments:
- You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway or technical error.
Refund eligibility will be determined after internal verification of transaction logs and system data.
2. Scenarios Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated astrology results, interpretations, or predictions.
- Completed or partially used services, including any part of an AI chat or report generation.
- Incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user (e.g., date, time, or place of birth).
- Transactions made using promotional credits, discount coupons, or bonus funds.
- Interruptions, delays, or failures caused by user-side network, device, or connectivity issues.
- Situations arising from misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
All decisions regarding refunds are final and at the sole discretion of SatyaRishi AI.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request:

- Reason for refund request

- Verification and investigation will be completed within 5–7 business days.
- You will be notified of approval or rejection via email.
4. Refund Approval and Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (or wallet, where applicable) within 6–8 business days after confirmation.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banks, or gateways.
5. Wallet Adjustments
If the service was paid using the SatyaRishi AI Wallet:
- Refunds for eligible transactions will be recredited to the wallet balance, not externalized to bank accounts.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds or cancellations may not be available during circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet or server outages
- Payment gateway downtime
- Natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory restrictions
- Technical failures outside our operational control
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims related to refunds shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Users are encouraged to contact [email protected] before pursuing formal legal remedies.
