THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, THE USER (“USER” OR “YOU”) OF THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND SATYARISHI AI (“COMPANY,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE, AND UNDERTAKE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”), AS WELL AS ANY OTHER TERMS GOVERNING THE SITE OR APP. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES, AND ANY SUCH USE SHALL BE CONSIDERED UNAUTHORIZED.

The Website/Platform operates as a digital portal accessible via the World Wide Web, offering Users access to AI-driven astrological insights and personalized guidance (collectively referred to as the “Content”). Through this Platform, Users can interact with an AI Astrologer via chat or other communication modes and obtain customized astrological analyses of Kundali, forecasts, and reports generated through artificial intelligence technology.

Our offerings include:

  • AI Chat Consultations: Instant astrology insights delivered via AI chat, billed on a per-minute basis.
  • Digital Reports: Personalized, AI-generated astrology reports available for one-time purchase.
  • Automation: All astrology insights are generated by AI; no human astrologers participate.
  • Digital Delivery: All services are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Certain personalized AI-generated reports, consultations, and premium features under the Paid Services require Users to create an account and complete the applicable payment process.

By registering for and using the Paid Services, the User (“Member”) agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the Website/Platform.
  2. Regularly review and update such information to ensure its continued accuracy and completeness.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be 18 years or older and competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared or sold.

  • Pricing: We may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect completed transactions.
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final, except for verified technical errors, as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All materials on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of SatyaRishi AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of personal information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze data for the purpose of service delivery and improvement.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • General Informational Purpose: All AI-generated insights and reports are for general informational/entertainment purpose only.

  • System-Generated AI Advice: All astrological interpretations, recommendations, predictions, and other outputs generated by the SatyaRishi AI platform (collectively, “System-Generated Advice”) are produced solely by automated artificial intelligence systems based on the inputs you provide. System-Generated Advice does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including without limitation medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialized advice. You are strongly encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals before making any decisions that could affect your health, finances, relationships, career, or legal rights. Any reliance you place on System-Generated Advice is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

  • Not a Professional Advice: The System-Generated Advice provided on the Site is intended only as general astrological and informational content. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other licensed professional services. You should always consult qualified professionals before making decisions that could affect your health, finances, legal rights, personal wellbeing or other areas of life.   • No Warranties (Service Performance): The Service, the Site, and all related features are provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatyaRishi AI makes no express, implied, statutory, or other warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

    • The Site or Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
    • Access to the Site or Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
    • Any results, insights, or recommendations obtained from the Service will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
    • Any defects or errors in the Site, Service, or Content will be corrected.

  • AI-Generated Outputs: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any AI-generated content, including System-Generated Advice, reports, or messages.   • No Additional Warranties from Advice or Information: No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from SatyaRishi AI, the Site, or through the use of the Service shall create any warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms.

  • User Content and Intellectual Property Risks: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SatyaRishi AI shall have no liability in connection with any user content (including birth details, questions, or messages) under laws relating to intellectual property, privacy, publicity, defamation, obscenity, or similar rights. We are not responsible for any misuse, loss, modification, or unavailability of user content, whether caused by you, third parties, or technical issues.

  • Account and Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatyaRishi AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of your account, whether or not such access occurs with your knowledge.

  • Service Availability and Technical Issues: While we endeavour to keep the Site and Service operational, we do not guarantee continuous availability. SatyaRishi AI shall not be responsible for:

    • Any delay, interruption, or inability to access or use the Site or its functionalities.
    • Any failure to provide, or delay in providing, any feature, report, or Service.
    • Any temporary or permanent suspension of the Site or Service due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Downloads and Data Risks: Any material, data, or report downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is accessed at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your devices, loss of data, or other harm that results from such downloads or access.     In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim, if any.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by ceasing to use the Service and notifying us.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
