THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU, THE USER (“USER” OR “YOU”) OF THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW), AND SATYARISHI AI (“COMPANY,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”). BY ACCESSING OR USING SATYARISHI.AI (THE “SITE”), OUR MOBILE APPLICATION (THE “APP”), AND ALL RELATED DIGITAL SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE, AND UNDERTAKE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”), AS WELL AS ANY OTHER TERMS GOVERNING THE SITE OR APP. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES, AND ANY SUCH USE SHALL BE CONSIDERED UNAUTHORIZED.

Through this Platform, Users can interact with an AI Astrologer via chat or other communication modes and obtain customized astrological analyses of Kundali, forecasts, and reports generated through artificial intelligence technology.

Our offerings include:

AI Chat Consultations: Instant astrology insights delivered via AI chat, billed on a per-minute basis.
Digital Reports: Personalized, AI-generated astrology reports available for one-time purchase.
Automation: All astrology insights are generated by AI; no human astrologers participate.
Digital Delivery: All services are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Certain personalized AI-generated reports, consultations, and premium features under the Paid Services require Users to create an account and complete the applicable payment process.

By registering for and using the Paid Services, the User (“Member”) agrees to:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Wallet operates strictly as an in-app closed-loop credit system. Wallet credits do not represent cash, legal tender, deposits, a bank balance, or any form of monetary value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred to other users, or used outside the SatyaRishi AI Platform. Any numeric or currency-like symbols displayed in the App or Site are for better user understanding and display convenience only and do not imply cash value.

Service Fees:
Charges for consultations and reports are clearly displayed before use and deducted automatically.

Pricing:
We may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect completed transactions.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final, except for verified technical errors, as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Taxes:
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as determined by the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:
All materials on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of SatyaRishi AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

Your Content:
You retain ownership of personal information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and analyze data for the purpose of service delivery and improvement.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All AI-generated insights and reports are for general informational/entertainment purpose only.

SYSTEM-GENERATED AI ADVICE:
ALL ASTROLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS AND OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SATYARISHI AI PLATFORM ARE PRODUCED SOLELY BY AUTOMATED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. ADDITIONAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION: FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU AND SATYARISHI AI HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
